Erin was the ideal realtor in all ways. Response to listing was immediate, and she was open to discussing asking price, strategies for listing, and collaborating with several other realtors. After an offer being made she handled all the details of inspections, repairs, etc.up to and including the ecri, closing etc. She was always available for questions and consultation. She made a stressful process easy.

I recently worked with Erin on a transaction where she represented the seller, and it was a great experience. The process was smooth, communication was consistent, and she stayed on top of every detail to keep things moving forward. She was a true professional throughout and I would gladly work with her again.
