Devin was referred by a local Real-estate agent as someone who was knowledgeable in the area we wanted to sell our cabin. After meeting with her and her husband we were very comfortable signing with them because of their knowledge of the local market and persona. We are very happy we signed with them. They were knew the area, communicated appropriately, gave advice when asked, worked well with the buyers agent, and help deal with a difficult buyer. I highly recommend Devin and will be using her again in 2-3 years on another sale. Mike

Deanna always had a positive attitude which allowed us to stay calm throughout the process. She was an excellent communicator and very knowledgeable. Deanna understood what we needed and performed marvelously under the pressure our timeline added. Such a great realtor and an even better person. Thank you so much Deanna.

We couldn’t be more grateful for everything Art has done for our family. He first helped us purchase a home in Parks while we were living in Pennsylvania. When it was time for us to sell that home he orchestrated the sale like he was the conductor of a symphony. I have never seen a home sale with so many moving parts. It was a literal roller coaster ride. He kept everything moving forward, even when things looked impossible. He was there every step of the way and helped us find and purchase a home in Flagstaff. He really listens. He also asks the right questions so that he knows exactly what you’re looking for.His expertise and experience regarding the local real estate market is worth its weight in gold. Art went far beyond what we expected from a realtor. He helped us navigate contractors, coordinate logistics, answer countless questions, and made sure we had someone we could rely on every step of the way. He was always willing to help and incredibly knowledgeable. Art genuinely cared about making the process as smooth as possible for us. Buying and selling homes can be overwhelming, especially when you’re dealing with health issues and everything that comes along with them, but having Art in our corner made such a difference. We couldn’t have done it without him! His knowledge working with different types of loans is extensive. The amount of contractors he works with in Flagstaff that we’re willing to hustle for us to meet a deadline was incredible. He seemed to have a laser focus on keeping things moving smoothly forward. When we moved into our new home our next-door neighbor came over to introduce himself as Art. My children said the universe knew we still needed an Art in our life. We are so thankful to have found a realtor who has continued to support us beyond the transaction and who we know we can trust. We would absolutely recommend Art to anyone looking to buy or sell a home. He truly goes above and beyond!

We had an absolutely wonderful experience working with Shelbi Haering! From start to finish, she was amazing. Her confidence, enthusiasm, and energetic personality made the entire process of selling our cabin a positive experience. Shelbi knows the small community of Parks, Arizona, so well, having lived in the area herself. Her knowledge of the town and surrounding area was invaluable. She was always available when we needed to talk, promptly returned our phone calls, and consistently followed through on every offer we received. We always felt informed, supported, and confident that we were in good hands. Her dedication, professionalism, and genuine enthusiasm really set her apart. We couldn’t have asked for a better realtor and would highly recommend Shelbi Haering to anyone looking to buy or sell a home in the Parks area. Thank you, Shelbi, for making the sale of our cabin such a great experience!
