JP was incredibly helpful and accessible as our realtor when we were purchasing our first home! As first time home buyers, there were a lot of things we were learning as we went, and JP was excellent at both anticipating our questions and needs, as well as helping us with any questions we did have. He made the home buying experience as simple as possible, and had the connections within the community to help us when we needed to do things like find a roofer after our inspection. To top it all off, he was able to effectively and efficiently help us with everything, even though we were living on the east coast during the entire home buying experience. He was able to go in to houses and do video calls with us while we were remote, and also took pictures of the house when we needed them too! After we closed JP even went to the house and set up a lock box for contractors to come in and work on the house before we moved in. JP listened to what we were looking for and when we changed our mind a few times he accommodated us until we found the perfect home in the right area. He then helped us through a quick closing making sure we got into our home before our rental expired. We highly recommend him and enjoyed working with him.
