Having bought/sold multiple properties over the last 12 years, dealing with a realtor is something I have dreaded in the past. Typically, the realtor approach is one based in selfishness and this transaction with Ashley Householder and the Collins Team changed that for us. Ashley is top tier, her communication, knowledge and overall approach was exactly what we needed. I have never taken the time to even leave a review as I believe in being honest and had I reviewed previous realtors I would have had to call out their nonsense but Ashley was nothing but on it the entire time. Lorraine is a lovely person AND a great agent who helped us find exactly what we wanted. When the house was not available for a showing on our schedule, she scheduled a facetime viewing the following week so that we could see inside before deciding to make the 2-hour drive again. We were going out of the country for a month the week after we made our offer, and Lorraine already had an inspector on hold so that we could get that done before we left. While we were gone, she was very responsive and helpful in spite of the 9-hour time difference. She also is a WEALTH of information - from inspectors, to handmen, to insurance brokers, etc. etc. Throughout the process, we have always felt like we were her only client because of the time and attention she has provided. Now that we have closed, we know that we have a friend in the area.

Stacey is just the best. Not only was she our neighbor, but also a friend. She led us through the entire process with confidence, professionalism, and expertise. She gave us copies of any paperwork involved in the selling process plus she anticipated our questions and was ready with answers or willing to find out if she didn't know the answer. She was away on vacation during part of this process and her partner, Jacki Tait, filled in and was also just great.
