Sarah and Jeff were both very responsive to phone calls and text messages. They were friendly and knowledgeable of the market. They explained things clearly and answered any questions we had about houses, the market, or the buying process. I loved working with them in person to find our house. I also appreciated that they did video walk thru viewings of houses when we were far away in Canada, which helped immensely so we didn't have to constantly travel back and forth. They were easy going and professional. The extended Collins team was also great. We were so happy with everyone we worked with.

Having bought/sold multiple properties over the last 12 years, dealing with a realtor is something I have dreaded in the past.
