Jeff and his team made the whole buying experience tolerable considering 1) we were on vacation during COE 2) buying a new home is always stressful, especially since we are in Oregon, but Jeff was very helpful throughout the whole process. Sarah and Jeff were both very responsive to phone calls and text messages. They were friendly and knowledgeable of the market. They explained things clearly and answered any questions we had about houses, the market, or the buying process. I loved working with them in person to find our house. I also appreciated that they did video walk thru viewings of houses when we were far away in Canada, which helped immensely so we didn't have to constantly travel back and forth. They were easy going and professional. The extended Collins team was also great. We were so happy with everyone we worked with.

Having bought/sold multiple properties over the last 12 years, dealing with a realtor is something I have dreaded in the past. Typically, the realtor approach is one based in selfishness and this transaction with Ashley Householder and the Collins Team changed that for us. Ashley is top tier, her communication, knowledge and overall approach was exactly what we needed. I have never taken the time to even leave a review as I believe in being honest and had I reviewed previous realtors I would have had to call out their nonsense but Ashley was nothing but on it the entire time.
