David Swain and his team at Clearsky Professionsals in Flagstaff, AZ have time and time again exceeded our expectations. In early 2024 David fully facilitated my search for a home in Flagstaff and I was able to close escrow on time, despite some challenges with deferred maintenance on the prospective house. David kept in touch and in 2025 he facilitated two more escrows (both a sale for us) and steered us to another associate of his out of state for a relocation home purchase. Our two houses in Flagstaff both sold for full price within 2 days and the out of state agent David referred us to was also superb. Thanks again to David and his top notch team!
