Lorraine is a lovely person AND a great agent who helped us find exactly what we wanted. When the house was not available for a showing on our schedule, she scheduled a facetime viewing the following week so that we could see inside before deciding to make the 2-hour drive again. We were going out of the country for a month the week after we made our offer, and Lorraine already had an inspector on hold so that we could get that done before we left. While we were gone, she was very responsive and helpful in spite of the 9-hour time difference. She also is a WEALTH of information - from inspectors, to handmen, to insurance brokers, etc. etc. Throughout the process, we have always felt like we were her only client because of the time and attention she has provided. Now that we have closed, we know that we have a friend in the area.

[I say “essentially” because the actual contract was delayed by a few days, but the family who came to see the property on day 3 bought the property.] Lorraine is as dedicated as they come. And she definitely goes the extra mile. To prepare our property for listing, not only did she bring in a fabulous photographer for the photos, but she also arranged for a drone to come take photos from the air & also included a virtual walk-through feature on the listing! She also generated a QR Code for the property. Lorraine held a very busy open house on the 2nd day of the listing & generated genuine excitement about the property. As she was packing up to leave, even more people came & she stayed late to continue showing the property. Kudos to Lorraine de la Cruz, who was amazing from the beginning to the very end. Her experience as a Realtor helped in negotiating the price and also in negotiating with the plumber and the landscape maintenance for the needed repairs and maintenance. She also helped provide contacts for assistance in cleaning and Pinewood Sanitation. She was at the cabin when all the appointments were made to repair and inspect, even though I was still in the Valley at home. She made two conference calls with Amerigas that lasted 1 hour and 40 minutes and 1 hour and 20 minutes. She went above and beyond the call of duty by drafting a report to address the buyer's request for repairs in the middle of the night and then, on the next day, in order to resolve a last-minute issue, she drove 40 minutes to Flagstaff just to speak with the Amerigas supervisor.
