Buying a house in this market can be intimidating but after sitting down with Emilio and talking to him I knew he was the one I had to work with. I wasn’t really familiar with the steps involved in buying a house, but Emilio explained them so simply. My entire experience with Emilio was a blessing. He’s advocated for me and fought for concessions and fulfilled my request post-inspections. He is knowledgeable and makes sure you get the best deal in the market. Holly sold our home in five days! Market doesn't seem so difficult when you have a great agent that sells your home in five days. Holly had professional photos taken and marketed our home across multiple platforms. She knows the market and set us up for success. We actually listed for a bit higher than our neighborhood has seen the last couple of years but we still got it sold quickly. Great communication. Kept us abreast of what was happening with inspections, escrow, and kept an open line with the buyer's agent. We never had a question Holly couldn't address.
