Krystine is the the best! Her guidance through the home buying process, answering our millions of questions, and helping us navigate our need-to-have list was top tier. Krystines overall communication and keeping us updated through the different parts of the process was helpful and comforting. Her patience and ability to squeeze in showings in our busy conflicting schedules was much appreciated and her negotiating skills to get all of our non-negotiables covered was the cherry on top! We cold called Sara regarding a home we were interested in. She was available that next day, but I was out of state. My husband and daughter went to look at the home. They decided it wouldn’t be what we wanted, so Sara showed them others. One of the was exactly what we were looking for. We put in a bid while I was out of state and it was ultimately accepted. As things turned out, we ended up having to close when I was out of state again. Sara was instrumental in making sure everything was taken care of and all necessary paperwork was in to make our closing date. Heather is a very motivated agent getting the best price for her customer. She sees flaws in contracts before it’s too late. Heather has a special sense of finding possible flaws in a home a customer is purchasing. Her years of experience shows throughout buy/sell process.

Buying a house in this market can be intimidating but after sitting down with Emilio and talking to him I knew he was the one I had to work with. I wasn’t really familiar with the steps involved in buying a house, but Emilio explained them so simply. My entire experience with Emilio was a blessing. He’s advocated for me and fought for concessions and fulfilled my request post-inspections. He is knowledgeable and makes sure you get the best deal in the market.
