Louie was extremely helpful in getting us aware of the the seller's needs and desires and getting an alignment with ours that worked for everyone. He was extremely knowledgeable about getting thru the complexities of the paperwork jungle and really demonstrated his expertise when we had to navigate some difficult "sticky" items from the seller that would have made lessor agents run screaming. All told, Louie hung in there as our advocate, preserved our sanity and made it all happen. He would be my first choice in pursuing any other real estate transaction. Hire this guy if you want to make your life easier.

Louie's knowledge of the real estate market is second to none. He accurately priced the house such that we had a contract at the first open house. He followed up with helping us downsize including manning tables at our garage sale. He also helped us find our current house and advised how best to buy it at a reasonable price. Does a great job of all parts of the sale

Louie listened to what we wanted and quickly showed us our favorites from the multiple listing. He advised us on contractors to use to make our selected home just what we want. He made the buying process go so smoothly for us.

It’s not often you get to experience an agent that not only wants to truly sell your house for you but listen and understand how you need the process to go to better work for your day-to-day. I had to change realtors and I’m very glad I did as within six days of Louie taking over And doing the things that needed to be done to make the listing more noticeable. We had three offers. We ended up closing within less than 30 days from the original offer. Louie made the process so easy and painless for me. I wish I had another house that he could sell for me in Tucson but instead he’s now going to become my family’s Tucson realtor to go to. I highly recommend Louie as an agent.
