Courtney Seely

Courtney is very knowledgeable and professional when it came to helping us sell our home. She was kind, direct and down to business, making us feel very safe having her handle such an expensive and important part of our lives. Multiple times she caught errors we didnt even know to look for and ensured all problems were resolved quickly and efficiently. It was a pleasure working with her and we will absolutely recommend her to everyone we know.

I want everyone to know that Courtney is the most amazing person. We closed on our home today and she worked her butt off for 3 years to find us the perfect place to live. She stayed on top of everyone to make sure repairs were done in a timely manner and done correctly. She noticed things we missed. If you need a realtor and one who cares about her clients, she is it

Courtney was an excellent realtor and partner for my wife and I during the entire journey of our investment property search. From several years ago when I contacted her to the date of the closing of our first investment property purchase, Courtney was always more than willing to help in any way she can and was available anytime we needed her. She always went out of her way to get us answers on questions that arose throughout the process. When it comes to paperwork and executing tasks, she is second to none! We highly recommend anyone looking for a realtor to assist you if you’re seeking a place in Tucson or it’s surrounding areas.

From the very beginning, she made me feel like my best interests came first. She was always responsive, honest, and patient, taking the time to answer every question(I had a lot) and explain each step of the process and corisponding time line. I never felt pressured or rushed into making a decision. Her knowledge of the market and attention to detail gave me confidence throughout the entire experience. She communicated clearly, followed through on everything she promised, and made what could have been a stressful process much easier. I would absolutely recommend her to anyone looking for a trustworthy and professional real estate agent.

This is the second time that Courtney has helped me sell properties. She walked me through all the paperwork. From the time she listed my property until final sale she explained market values in my area. I was assured that Courtney had all the skills I needed to make the right decision and make final sale. She is pleasant, professional and easy to work with.

Courtney Seeley was recommended by my neighbor, a former Buyer Client, as a “Powerhouse” Real Estate Agent. Courtney more than lived up to her “Go-Getter” reputation and was Knowledgeable, Hardworking, Professional and Energetic. Courtney’s creativity shined through with our home’s staging and with the professionally commissioned “walking tour” video where she welcomed and engaged potential buyers both near and far. In addition, the personalized TikTok, YouTube video and drone footage captured the beauty of the surrounding area, the tranquility of our Starr Ridge neighborhood, and more importantly the “Heart” and highlights of our Home. As Sellers, we felt well represented as she was available day/night via email, text and phone calls to answer questions, and she reached out and kept us updated throughout the sales process. Courtney's innovation provided a personalized front yard signage with interior photo, MLS listing highlights, QR Code with video link, glossy photo flyers and postcards mailers. Home for Heroes Program Rewards Program Participant: Courtney Seeley displayed her Patriotism and generosity when honoring our family with a Homes for Heroes cash rebate due to my father, CMSgt. George W. Seavey, serving 33 years in United States Air Force. Courtney Seeley is a True Patriot; a Stellar Real Estate Agent and we recommend Courtney and team at Realty ONE Group Integrity, Green Valley, AZ 100%!!!
