Responsive, professional agent with great local area knowledge.

Working with Claudia Scott was a wonderful experience, and we are incredibly grateful for her expertise during our out-of-state relocation. She is a good communicator who was always highly responsive, she tailored everything to our schedules and listened carefully to our ideas without ever pushing an agenda. Claudia made our transition seamless by organizing perfectly timed home tours whenever we were in town, demonstrating an understanding of the local neighborhoods and our specific budget parameters. Even when we were on vacation out of the country, her professional collaboration with the seller’s agent allowed us to submit an offer and successfully secure a contract. From her local vendor referrals to her patience in explaining every step of the process, Claudia went above and beyond to find us the right house, making what could have been a stressful cross-country move a fantastic experience. Exceptional Results and True End-to-End Support

We recently worked with Lisa for the second time, this time to sell our home in Montclair. Once again, she delivered incredible results. From the beginning, Lisa took ownership of the entire process end to end. She coordinated inspections, repairs, cleaning, staging, photography, and all the countless details that come with preparing a home for sale. It made what could have been an overwhelming process feel manageable and organized. One thing that stood out was how proactive and resourceful she was when unexpected issues came up. For example, after a particularly large storm, we discovered a minor roof issue 2 days before offers were due. Lisa jumped into action, getting multiple roofers out the very next day so we could quickly understand the problem and address it before offers were due. Her fast response helped reassure potential buyers and likely contributed to at least one additional offer. Lisa also did a remarkable job marketing our home. Through her network and outreach, our listing gained major attention online, including going viral on TikTok. As a result, our open houses were packed with 60+ groups each day. Despite a challenging market for sellers in Oakland right now, we received 8 offers and ultimately sold significantly above asking (and even above our own hopeful expectations). Throughout the process, Lisa was highly engaged and communicative, checking in frequently with updates. Most importantly, Lisa got results while making a stressful process quite simple for us. If you're looking for someone who knows the Montclair and Piedmont markets and will truly roll up their sleeves for you, we highly recommend working with her.

Very knowledgeable and communicative

Fully engaged realtor who helped us at every step

Jim kept us in the loop at every step of the process. He helped us find competent contractors to help us with estimates for the work and made certain we were aware of the specifics required to purchase a house in Oakland. He really went out of his way to accomodate us throughout. He was thorough, caring, knowledgeable and always pleasant. I highly recommend him and thoroughly trust his judgement and honesty. 10 out of 5 stars!!!
