It made what could have been an overwhelming process feel manageable and organized. One thing that stood out was how proactive and resourceful she was when unexpected issues came up. For example, after a particularly large storm, we discovered a minor roof issue 2 days before offers were due. Lisa jumped into action, getting multiple roofers out the very next day so we could quickly understand the problem and address it before offers were due. Her fast response helped reassure potential buyers and likely contributed to at least one additional offer. Lisa also did a remarkable job marketing our home. Through her network and outreach, our listing gained major attention online, including going viral on TikTok. As a result, our open houses were packed with 60+ groups each day. Despite a challenging market for sellers in Oakland right now, we received 8 offers and ultimately sold significantly above asking (and even above our own hopeful expectations). Throughout the process, Lisa was highly engaged and communicative, checking in frequently with updates. Most importantly, Lisa got results while making a stressful process quite simple for us.
