When we sold our home for well over what we ever imagined we would get, I said to her, "Regina, we did everything you asked and you delivered." Despite a very strong offer, she made sure we had a back-up in contract as well. She was always prepared for different scenarios and I always felt that she was being honest with us. Regina was a true partner in the sale of our home and a kind and communicative person with an incredibly deep knowledge of all the aspects of the market here, from finishes to staging to landscaping to contracts and permits.
