After living in our house for almost 50 years, when my husband passed, I knew it was time to downsize and move. She is a true professional, and yet an empathetic, caring person who understood the times when I needed strong guidance, and times when I needed to make my own decisions. Each week I got a spread sheet of what needed to happen that week, followed up with a phone call to answer any questions I might have. To get the house on the market in the most favorable buyer’s climate took some real effort on her part, on my part, and cooperation of the crew she put together to do minor repairs, painting, staging, etc. Imagine my surprise and delight that the house was only on the market 5 days, with a ten day closing period!
