40 real estate offices in Shepherd Canyon

I am delighted to share my experience of working with Bahareh Nowee, realtor, in the sale of my home at 5610 Snake Road in the Montclair district of Oakland. From the beginning, Bahareh had a clear vision for how to prepare and present my home and her knowledge of Montclair and the Oakland hills really showed throughout the process. She knew what the buyers were looking for as well and that investing in some upgrades would make a big difference in reaching the sales price I had in mind for this home. I knew what I was able to spend and Bahareh worked a wonder while staying within my budget. What I also valued about her was the fact that I had lived in this home for 40 years. And, while the time was right to downsize, Bahareh was very sensitive to the love I had for my home and that helped tremendously. Bahareh guided me through every detail from preparing the house and positioning it for the market to creating excitement once we launched. The response was incredible! I received multiple offers and the home was pending within six days. What I appreciated most was how hands on, calm and responsive Bahareh was throughout the process. She checked in with her crew on a daily basis and made sure the lights were turned off and the doors were locked and swept the front walkway at the end of each day. She worked tirelessly! I know she wanted to get the best possible outcome for me. If you’re thinking about buying or selling in Montclair, the Oakland hills or the surrounding East Bay, I would absolutely recommend reaching out to Bahareh. She is extremely talented, knows her craft and you would be in very good hands.
