Through her network and outreach, our listing gained major attention online, including going viral on TikTok. As a result, our open houses were packed with 60+ groups each day. Despite a challenging market for sellers in Oakland right now, we received 8 offers and ultimately sold significantly above asking (and even above our own hopeful expectations). Throughout the process, Lisa was highly engaged and communicative, checking in frequently with updates. Most importantly, Lisa got results while making a stressful process quite simple for us.
