Jane and Carrie analyzed the property and provided their recommendations to enhance the sale. After living in our home for 30 years, we were hesitant to change the "culture" of the house. They convinced us that specific changes needed to be made to update and improve the home's appearance. They guided us through the process of readying the home for sale/handled the open house/receipt of offers/and eventual sale in a professional manner. The house sold very quickly.

Patrick helped us both with a purchase and a sale; throughout the two experiences he was calm, and ready to see both the humor and the difficulties in what we were about to do. He knows the Oakland-area market; he knows regulations; he knows the crafts- and trades-people who can make a house liveable and sellable. We plan to buy again soon, and will absolutely be working with him.
