After interviewing several real estate agents, we hired Nancy due to her intimate knowledge of Richmond Annex and her ability to discern which improvements would be worth our investment, and which ones would not. Furthermore, our situation was complex, given that the other seller and I are separated, but she navigated the situation like a pro. As we prepared the house for sale, she communicated with us in a timely manner, took our calls when there were hiccups, and did a great job fixing up the house for sale. Once it came time to review offers and select a buyer, she was tremendous. She and Jack Burley did a great job organizing all of the offers into a spreadsheet which made it easy to decide which offer to accept. When our sale hit a bump towards the close of escrow, Nancy came to the rescue to assure our buyer and their agent that we were going to close nearly on time, and ultimately we closed on time anyway. I can't recommend Nancy enough! She was a pleasure to work with.

Anja both sold and bought a house for me over this past year. The house I bought is in Rockridge and Anja negotiated a bidding war that ended in my favor. She was skilled and knowledgeable about fine points of negotiation without which I would have lost the house. The house I sold in the Elmwood is a wonderful home but with a couple of drawbacks -- no off-street parking, no yard. Still, Anja worked to show the house to great advantage and the house sold in what was becoming a more challenging market thanks to the war in Iran and other factors in the political environment of the country. Anja and her team are unfailingly helpful -- always available by phone or text. The team also offered to help me with design decisions in my new house, accompanying me to choose flooring, advising on lighting, on paint colors. And this was after the house had closed. Buying and selling a house are stressful undertakings. I trusted Anja and her team and they fulfilled my trust.

Laura is simply the best investment a seller can make. She handled a precious property that had been in our family for decades with respect and got a better result for us than we were hoping for. She's a wonderfully responsive and enjoyable communicator -- she actually made a process we were dreading fun! She helped us price the property strategically, reading the market like the professional she is. All marketing was masterful, from advice on where to focus upgrade efforts to staging, photography and advertising.
