Nancy and Jack were very knowledgeable and gave very professional advice that turned out for the best. They were always available and their strategy worked perfectly for only a week and a half on the market before our house sold. Their team worked well together and accomplished a lot in a short amount of time giving crucial timely advice to close the sale. They were well versed in the East Bay market and toured multiple neighborhoods and houses to find our new single story home. They kept in touch with those 35 people who requested disclosure documents and encouraged people and finally the buyer to make a bid. The neighborhood open house was very successful and nice as were the staging and landscaping with real artwork and flowers and a great eye. We recommend them to everyone we know.

Working with Patricia made buying a home a true delight. Her skilled artistic eye and calm competence helped us at every step of the process, whether it was knowing just which homes to send us to look at or helping us close on the house we most loved.
