With the benefit of Nancy's experience and knowledge we were able to find our house within a few weeks. He toured houses and neighborhoods with us and helped us through financing and negotiations. She made herself easily available throughout. We even toured one of her houses and she always provided expert advice and recommendations for everything we needed. Teresa really knows the ins and outs of condo buying. She read all the disclosures down to the meeting minutes and gave me a clear evaluation of what I'd be signing up for including steering me away from one condo and conveying the strong management group of the one I ended up buying. I would frequently think things through out loud on phone calls or at the given property and Teresa always had time to listen, support and feedback as needed. When it came down to bidding and countering, she supported my choices, even when it meant the bid might not work out and in the end I got the place I wanted. Not sure how it could have gone better.

My house required a lot of TLC to get it ready to be sold, Anastasia took care of everything and kept me informed through every step of the process. She made selling my house simple and stress free. She has an excellent eye for detail and arranged to have all repairs completed and had the home staged more beautifully than I could have thought possible. I felt very comfortable working with Theresa. She proved flexible in understanding my choice of condo and made it happen. Teresa first took me through information on the local market, pricing, etc. So when I looked at the condo I was able to understand where it fit in the local market. She was very thorough. I know she was in contact with the Seller’s agent to work out various issues that needed to be resolved before the sale could be completed. Teresa was very good about communicating with me either by phone or email so I had the information I needed to make my final decision. We had a very positive experience working with Laura. We were selling an older house in Berkeley that had lots of charm but also, being an older home, some challenges. Laura was able to enhance the charm but also identify the challenges and help us address them within our budget. Laura is very upbeat and energetic and is able to provide a steady hand during the sometimes up and down process of preparing a home for sale. Her knowledge of the Berkeley real estate market is impressive and gleaned from years of experience. In addition, her contacts in every area of home repair/painting/ inspection etc. allow her to arrange for necessary work to be completed in a timely and budget conscious manner. We would definitely use her again and would wholeheartedly recommend her to prospective buyers or sellers!
