Teresa really knows the ins and outs of condo buying. She read all the disclosures down to the meeting minutes and gave me a clear evaluation of what I'd be signing up for including steering me away from one condo and conveying the strong management group of the one I ended up buying. I would frequently think things through out loud on phone calls or at the given property and Teresa always had time to listen, support and feedback as needed. When it came down to bidding and countering, she supported my choices, even when it meant the bid might not work out and in the end I got the place I wanted. Not sure how it could have gone better.

I felt very comfortable working with Theresa. She proved flexible in understanding my choice of condo and made it happen. Teresa first took me through information on the local market, pricing, etc. So when I looked at the condo I was able to understand where it fit in the local market. She was very thorough. I know she was in contact with the Seller’s agent to work out various issues that needed to be resolved before the sale could be completed. Teresa was very good about communicating with me either by phone or email so I had the information I needed to make my final decision. And now I enjoy living in a place that suits me and that was my top choice.
As a first-time house buyer, me and my husband had no clue what was involved in buying a newly developed house from a home construction company. Although we could have worked directly with company’s sale representative, we sought Theresa to have her as our Agent. Having her as our Agent was the best decision we made. Not only did she assist us in the house buying process, she made sure that the company handled things from their end accordingly. Theresa also fought for us when my husband and I had a conflict with the original closing date that the construction company tried not to honor. Theresa made sure that we weren’t taken advantage of. Teresa did an amazing job! My partner and I were first time home buyers, Teresa held our hands through every step of the buying process. From our first meeting she was incredibly organized, honest, and supportive. We had no idea what to expect going into this process and she helped explain each step and identify neighborhoods that we loved. For each home we considered buying she did an in depth analysis of the disclosures and was an amazing sounding board for making purchasing decisions. The close on our house was a bit complicated but felt smooth because of Teresa's strong negotiation skills and her wonderful advocating on our behalf. We always felt and knew that she had our backs during the whole process!
Teresa was fabulous! She listed to me, understood my search parameters, and only showed me townhouses and condominiums that fit these. When she showed me a property, she already knew particulars about the property: homeowner association fees, whether there were law suits pending, the health of the reserves, noted any deferred maintenance. As I looked at properties with her, she refined the search, understanding better what I liked and didn't. Since closing on the property, she had also been a great resource: where to look for homeowner insurance, the recommendation of a moving company, and she will meet me when I am ready to move my things into my new home so be sure all is as it should be. I would HIGHLY recommend Teresa for either buyer or seller. She knows her properties, listens to you wants and needs, and above all else, she is REALLY nice! A pleasure to be and work with!
After my dad's passing, my mother decided the house they lived in was too big for her alone so she wanted to sell it while she traveled abroad. Enter Teresa. She was super knowledgeable and extremely helpful in getting everything setup. I was designated as the POA to have the house sold and she made the process extremely smooth and painless. She was very knowledgeable of the area and the going rate of home sales. Negotiated with the seller and gave us a very good insight on every offer. She also helped us and staging and getting the little things touched up getting ready for the sale. I feel if my family was to ever move back to the Bay area, Teresa would be the one we would contact and help things get organized.
