Caitlin always provided us with all the critical information about houses that we were interested in during our search. And, she helped us wade through all of that data! She has a real understanding of the market and gave excellent advice on how we could navigate it. She is a great communicator. Because of her, we are the happy owners of a great new home :) THANK YOU CAITLIN !!!!

Caitlin is highly engaged in the process and very available and responsive along the way. She was a real partner in the negotiations helping me think through what to offer and helped me get the house I wanted.

Couldn’t recommend Caitlin more highly. She is deeply knowledgeable about all things east bay and Bay Area real estate, and also was so deft at handling our many questions and leading us through an emotional process. She is a joy to work with, and an expert too!

Caitlin was highly responsive, very professional, and took on our difficult-to-sell home with positivity. This helped the process tremendously.

Caitlin is by far and away the best realtor my wife and I worked with in the process of finding our new home. We were looking to buy a house in the East Bay Area that fit the very narrow and specific criteria we had in mind, and after searching with numerous other local realtors for well over a years, with little to no results, we were ready to throw our hands up in resignation -- and then we were introduced to Caitlin. She invited us to her office, where we sat down over a cup of coffee and discussed in detail what we were looking for in a home. She then catered her search around these criteria and proceeded to show us houses that fit these set parameters . In just a few weeks, she showed us the house that we fell in love with, and she worked tirelessly with us to successfully purchase it for a great value in a highly competitive market. We love our new home, and we owe it all to Caitlin. We couldn't recommend her more!
