Teresa really knows the ins and outs of condo buying. She read all the disclosures down to the meeting minutes and gave me a clear evaluation of what I'd be signing up for including steering me away from one condo and conveying the strong management group of the one I ended up buying. I would frequently think things through out loud on phone calls or at the given property and Teresa always had time to listen, support and feedback as needed. When it came down to bidding and countering, she supported my choices, even when it meant the bid might not work out and in the end I got the place I wanted. Not sure how it could have gone better.
