305 real estate agents in Berkeley

Some agents are “sellers agents” and some are “buyers agents” but Ana and Team Forest are simply “the best agents”. Every single step of the way we felt like their only client and dearest friends. Our goals were their goals….and getting us exactly what we wanted was their only mission. After finding our forever house we needed to sell our home of 26 years. Faced with the prospect of moving out in the summer and spending time doing fix ups to wait for a less certain fall season was very stressful for me. Ana helped me understand the market and supported the plan for an “off market” sale. We developed an acceptable range for a sale price and my husband and I left for a week away. Ana scoured her Rolodex and sold our house in 5 days for a price well within our range. As if that wasn’t enough she was negotiating with the buyers and their agent until nearly 11 pm on a Friday night to be sure we had everything we needed spelled out in a clean offer. In this crazy Berkeley market I feel like we reinvented real estate! Now we can turn all of our attention to our next chapter. Thank you, Team Forest. New Years Day celebrations planned at a certain fully transformed Craftsman bungalow in Rockridge!

Team Forrest: They were immediately responsive to my many questions and concerns. They gently guided me through the process of selling my house. The suggestions they offered were excellent and right on point. Pascal, especially, is a genius at what he does, has an excellent eye and is very artistic, all of which translates into a strong presentation for potential buyers. His assistance to me in selling my house was invaluable. He made a good, beautiful house even better and enticing. Ana was very knowledgeable about the legal requirements and regulations, in addition to having a strong pulse on the market. With her help, the necessary forms and processes were easy to navigate. She patiently explained any confusing and complicated things. The end result of my experience with Team Forrest exceeded my expectations. On top of it all, and perhaps most importantly, they were a pleasure to work with.

Ana Forest sold my mom’s house in Berkeley this year 2025. From start to finish she provided fantastic service and clear communication. She was very thorough and prompt and always did what she said she would. It made a stressful process much easier. She provided guidance every step of the way for the decisions needed throughout the process. I can’t recommend her & her team enough. Thank you.

Soren is a rising star and I would hire him again in a heartbeat – in fact I already have. He helped me with the sale of a house my family had owned for over 50 years. Soren spent six months meticulously preparing the property, marketing it to perfection, and patiently shepherding me and the buyers through a legally unusual closing process. The end result was more than 33% over asking, and better than I had hoped for.

Soren was excellent throughout the entire buying process. He was very responsive to quick questions or last-minute tours, he paid attention to detail, and he was persistent in helping me finish closing on my purchase, even after unexpected delays. I always felt that Soren was giving me his full attention, even though I know he had other clients.

Soren O'Connell is a vital, interested, compassionate and talented agent who knows the East Bay market like the back of his hand. He was raised in the area and has an insiders knowledge of the neighbors and their unique features features -- important to buyer and seller. He invests his time and support well beyond expectations, and is a calm, friendly and professional advocate. Soren is highly recommended for the positive experience he lends to the process of buying/selling (and we know from both vantage points!). The realities of the market were always transparent and this allowed us to move forward confidently in our path. A very happy ending for buyer and seller!

Couldn't be happier with Mykah's hard work and excellent results on an unusual tough project. She handled all of the obstacles with warmth and empathy, and skillful aplomb. Nothing fazed her as she was willing and able to go above and beyond to make sure our efforts met with success. Thanks for everything, Mykah!

I actually enjoyed this stressful time trying to sell the house because Mykah made it that way. She listened to my concerns and acted on them. She was available to discuss things as they came up. I got a good price on the sale and it all went smoothly.

Mykah partnered with Tracy to help us with the listing and sale of my mother’s house in Berkeley. Mykah added tremendous value with design and creative ideas about how to market the house. She made valuable suggestions regarding upgrades that made the most financial sense and she kept the project on budget. She also added value in terms of helping with a pricing strategy that helped us receive multiple offers over asking price. She was a clear and responsive communicator throughout the sales process. I would highly recommend Mykah to anyone selling a house in or near Berkeley.
