We decided, late 2024, to put our Berkeley condo on the market. We know Donna from when she was at Apple with my spouse. From her excellent reputation at Apple, we felt sure she would take good care of us with our sale. Our only concern was whether Berkeley would be too far for her. She convinced us that she would be able to handle the sale as she has contacts in that area. She personally oversaw the whole process, including being there multiple times (for eg: painting & prep) despite the distance between her office and Berkeley. We discussed timing for putting the unit on the market and she 100% kept to the timeline, even though my spouse and I ended being overseas for about 2 months. The unit went on the market the first weekend in March and we closed escrow by the end of March. Smooth and easy and a little above what we were hoping for price-wise. Donna is the consummate professional - staying on top of things and keeping us informed all the way yet without overwhelming us with minutiae. She's warm and an amazing long-distance runner to boot. We could not recommend her any more highly.

Jill was an amazing agent for us! She is very warm and personable, which made a stressful process feel better every step of the way. We never felt pressured into going outside of our comfort zone, and she was very upfront and honest about which houses felt like the right houses to really go for. For the bidding process on the house we ended up purchasing, she established a line of communication with the selling agent, asking more about how she works and what kind of communication to expect once offers were submitted. We believe her proactive approach ultimately helped us to make the final offer on the house.

All scheduling of inspections and staging went smoothly with great communication. The building sold above our expectations for which we are very grateful.
