She was able to recommend the right balance of investing enough in repairs and renovations to make the house marketable but not putting too much money into the house. She clearly not only knows the LaMOrinda real estate market but also knows the community. Working with her and her connections for floor refinishing painters, landscapers etc made the process as effortless as it could possibly be. She was super pleasant and easy to communicate with.
