Alyse was absolutely amazing to work with. She intuited our needs for selling the house quicklyand without hassle so that we could close out my dad’s estate. She was able to recommend the right balance of investing enough in repairs and renovations to make the house marketable but not putting too much money into the house. She clearly not only knows the LaMOrinda real estate market but also knows the community. Working with her and her connections for floor refinishing painters, landscapers etc made the process as effortless as it could possibly be. She was super pleasant and easy to communicate with. I can’t possibly recommend her enough!

Alyse and her staff did everything to make the sale our parents' house happen smoothly and efficiently. She is super pleasant to work with, communicates clearly and promptly, and was able to articulate all of the issues that needed to be addressed. She was able to recommend and project manage the various resources needed to make the sale happen in a timely manner and without any hiccups ...she kept us on task as well. Alyse made the home buying process (before and after) feel so easy. She took the time to drive us around the neighborhoods we were looking in. She was always available for a call or a question, very responsive and reliable. Even after we closed on our house she has made herself available and gone above and beyond to help us with even the small things like finding moving companies, contacting the local elementary schools, and offering to help in many ways. We can’t recommend Alyse and her team enough.

I just entrusted Alyse with the sale of a property in Walnut Creek. I live 450 miles away from this property, so all of our communications were via phone, text and email. She was fantastic! Incredibly responsive and knowledgeable, with great communication skills. It was a tricky transaction, but it was not a problem for her. One of the things I love about Alyse is she does not try to pretend that she has all of the answers, but with a group like Dudum behind her, she was able to get me what I needed quickly. Working with Alyse was like being in the trenches with a best friend. She was such a delight, like a ray of sunshine. I looked forward to her calls, we laughed a lot, we may have exchanged some words of frustration, remember, this was a complicated transaction. I already miss her being a part of my daily life. I am so incredibly grateful for the guidance and support she offered. She really knows her stuff and the market. I would use her again without hesitation.

Once we found a house she helped develop a strategy that helped us secure the house. Even after we closed Alyse has been terrific in helping us transition into our new home!
