I initially arrived 2 days after closing—he had confirmed my car entry sticker and ID card were ready, advised me the paperwork I needed to have, as well as physically showing me where to go to get them. Over and above that, he coordinated my desired changes in the unit immediately after closing and they were in progress and would be completed within a couple of days! As someone who prefers verbal information over written, he was a godsend! He knew everything I wanted to know, plus provided infornation before I asked! What more can I say? Tom Donovan is the best!
