Dara is excellent at communication, she takes the time to explain everything and she really listens to what you have to say. There are no stupid questions. She is always is quick to respond to your calls and/ or texts. She is very knowledgeable about the neighborhoods and the comps in the area. I never felt pressured into anything. For me this was an emotional sale and she understood that and was always making sure I was okay. She is patient and kind but at the same time gets things done in a timely organized manor. She goes above and beyond to make sure everything is perfect. Her knowledge of Eichlers is vast and she knows that they are special homes. She knows that every house has a story and understands how to navigate that story. She is truely a professional. Truely a delight to work with.
Tom sold a house for me that I had never lived in. It went for over asking price and there were many areas that Tom worked hard to clean up, repair, etc. The staging and presentation was very good and the result was terrific. Cathy was eager and willing to help with anything I asked. I live out of state and she spent a morning installing a router to go along with a modem that was at the house (which had been rented previously). The sprinkling system was connected via wi-fi, so we needed the internet. She was so willing to do anything I asked. She was my eyes and ears since I was not there.
