Bruce and Amanda provide experience, wisdom, creativity, problem solving, charm and trust.

The Dad/Daughter Team took on a complicated trust sale that involved communication with attorneys, fiduciaries, inspectors and contractors. We live out of state. Bruce and Amanda handled the sale of the home without us ever having to make a trip to California! Their knowledge of the market was superb and their marketing strategies were creative and smart. Knowledgeable, honest, and a true advocate for home buyers!

From our very first conversation, Sylvana made the entire home-buying process feel manageable. Her communication was outstanding: she was always easy to reach and talk to, she never made us feel rushed or talked down to. No question was too small or too big, and her response time was consistently so fast! What really set Sylvana apart was her honesty. She gave us candid, thoughtful feedback on every house we toured — including the ones that weren't right for us — which helped us trust her guidance. Her knowledge of our town was amazing and just what we were looking for; she understood the nuances between neighborhoods, the community feel of each area, and what would actually suit our lifestyle. Her negotiation skills made a real difference for us too. Her longstanding relationship with the listing agent helped things move smoothly and kept communication open. When the seller refused to cover a final inspection item, Sylvana stepped in and thoughtfully worked out a credit for us, and she even had her own handyman take care of a few other small fixes. Transaction Exceeded Expectations

Pete was familiar with the market and worked with a contractor to rehabilitate our property for a sales price that far exceeded our expectations He familiarized himself with the CC&Rs of the neighborhood as well as permits required for our renovations. He kept me informed every step of the way and provided excellent counsel where needed. His service was “hands-on” and very effective. I highly recommend Pete Sabine with no reservations.

We went into the home buying process scared, anxious, and unsure. As first time homebuyers with young kids about to be school age the moment felt high stakes and the process felt unclear.
