For example she warned us that the angle of the windows in one unit would make the unit hot bc the strong sun exposure - as a result we felt confident that we understood the all the pros and cons before making an offer. Throughout the process, Nora was the consummate professional, resolving issues and keeping the close moving. Even after the close, she stayed in contact to help my parents settle in post-move.
