Dave and Kris Arneson are the dream team....they really are! Let me just start by saying, we took years to find our house. We did not need to move and were not in any hurry, so we took our sweet time. Never once did we feel rushed, pressured or any other form of frustration from them during our search. Once we found the house we loved, Dave and Kris worked together to make it into the best possible experience. They were all hands on deck from start to finish. And there's a lot to do....the prep work of getting our house on the market, inspections and names/numbers of people who could beatify or fix anything, the strategy of pricing our house (yes there's strategy!) as well as the offer on the new house, the open houses complete with a taco truck to drum up interest, arranging visits to the new house, answering a billion questions and a barrage of requests, explaining paperwork and just overall being there for us to help and reassure us from start to finish. I think there might have even been some help moving furniture at one point! I know I missed many of the things they assisted us with, but you catch my point. I decided to sell my larger home a year and a half after my husband died and buy a new condo in Downtown Danville, .4 miles from one of my sons and his family. The market changed almost overnight given this year's chaos and the large number of homes up for sale all of a sudden. Scott did a great job organizing the inspections and open houses, and they both kept me on a fairly even keel throughout the entire process which had several roadblocks. The sale finalized a couple of weeks ago, and I have nothing but praise for the Humphries team getting me to the finish line under very difficult circumstances.
