Carolyn did an excellent job brokering the purchase of a Townhouse for us close to our larger house which she sold for us in late 2021 as we downsized. She knew the market very well, did a thorough job of understanding our needs as we downsized and encouraged us to get as much experience as possible with Townhouse visits and open houses which she attended with us, often with very little notice. She is a consummate professional, pointing out how a property might fit well with our needs or not. She wanted us to take our time and get the right home. When we found it, she negotiated a fair price taking into consideration the hot marketplace and our desire to get our offer accepted. She gave us a good estimate of what it would take to win the deal and negotiated a fair allowance for needed repairs. Her reputation, contacts with other brokers/agents, and knowledge of the market really made a difference in our successful purchase.

Carolyn was amazing to work with. She worked to understand exactly what we were looking for in a home and kept us in loop as soon as she saw a property she thought we would want to tour. She was great when it came time to submit an offer and I believe we must of had the most well detailed offer amongst the others. I will recommend her to all my friends and family. She is truly a pleasure to work with and will do all she can to help your offer stand out.

Carolyn is a very pleasant person to work with and was very prompt and prepared to market our house for sale within a week of discussing with us. It generally takes longer than that to reach out to a realtor! We found her through one of her Zillow listings and she was very easy to talk to and explained the process to us in detail. We hired her to sell our house and she guided us through the process and explained every section and clause to us in detail. As first time home sellers, we had a lot of questions! Both of us are busy professionals and Carolyn was always cognizant of our time constraints and we only had to get involved when it was absolutely necessary. Sale was a smooth process and it was all handled end to end by Carolyn. Highly recommend her for sale!
