I reside in another state, I contacted my personal local agent as she knows me well, asking for recommendations. My local agent interviewed several agents in the local area. She chose Veronica for me as she felt that she would be the best fit for me. Veronica was a perfect fit for me and provided sound advice. She really knows the current market conditions and trends. She facilitated a basic home renovation in my absence while I was able to provide input from states away. She really goes way above and beyond and puts the clients' best interests first. Excellent communication every step of the way really kept me at peace. I could not have asked for a better person to help me through the selling process under difficult/unfortunate circumstances. I would rate 10 stars if I could.

Well, I never thought that I would be singing the praises of a realtor! I do not even know where to begin to do justice to the service we received from Veronica!!! I was having difficulty with this whole sale because it had been my childhood home for almost 70 years, but Veronica helped us through the process, by taking baby steps and offering us options to ensure that we had choices. She really has a handle on the market, on what order to do things in and on what buyers are looking for. This helped us figure out where to focus our energies and money. Veronica wears so many hats! Interior decorator, project manager, counselor, psychologist, handy-woman (she has her own tools!) - all that and knowing the real estate laws, etc. She was calm even when we were worried about the market - she was careful not to overwhelm us, and she was always ethical, professional, funny, positive, encouraging, and always prompt about getting back to us for all of our questions (over several months)!!! I cannot say enough good things about Veronica and about her staff!!! She has surrounded herself with incredibly competent people, who are also very prompt about answering any questions or dealing with anything that comes up. Her team of workers are exemplary in every definition of that word - professional, experts, timely, reasonably priced, and prompt. We will be contacting them if we have any future projects!! I wish we had another house to sell - she made it that pleasant of an experience!! If you need a realtor and you are reading this review - look no further - you have found "the one".

Veronica and her team are the absolute best. If your home (or potential home) is in any of the neighborhoods and areas she specializes in, then you simply cannot go wrong working with her. I bought my "starter home" from Veronica many years ago, and even as the selling agent while I was the buyer, she stood out. I remember her going the extra mile and taking care of a handful of things during escrow and even after close to make sure everything went smoothly for everyone. Fast forward to now, and Veronica completely knocked it out of the park when she sold that same home again, this time on our behalf. In a market with high inventory and prices visibly dropping throughout the area, she got our home sold... above asking price, with multiple offers, a week after listing. It sounds like a pitch, but I'm not making that up or getting kickbacks for a review - our house showed and marketed better than others in the area, so it sold first and attracted the strong buyers who were out there quickly. Home prices are feeling out of control in the Bay Area, but I can honestly say that Veronica was worth more than her commission for us. If we had gone with a different realtor, I am certain we would have a lot less money in our own pockets today (and let's be real, that's what actually matters for us as clients).

Veronica helped us navigate the sale of my mother's house in California with us on the east coast. She is a true professional who puts her clients first. She is very knowledgeable and fast working. So easy to work with. She knows exactly what to do to get the job done. If I lived in California I would use her an again for sure.
