I moved out of our Condo at the end of 2010 as housing prices were too low to ignore. Since selling at this time was not financially sound, I contacted Matt Irvin to act as rental manager. The agent was ideal as a manager for 14 1/2 years. When we finally decided to sell Matt Irvin made it very easy for us even with my wife out of the country during the sale.
