I moved out of our Condo at the end of 2010 as housing prices were too low to ignore. Since selling at this time was not financially sound, I contacted Matt Irvin to act as rental manager. The agent was ideal as a manager for 14 1/2 years. When we finally decided to sell Matt Irvin made it very easy for us even with my wife out of the country during the sale. Managed a difficult tenant during a one year period including managing attorneys, and controlling legal fees. Took care and spent a lot of time on various issues such as inspections and visits to the property, and also a court appearance without extra charges. Even brought his wife to meetings with tenant to make sure there is a witness. When time came to selling the house, made sure the house is ready for sell. Even, performed a few improvement on his own dime. Put the house on market at the right time and the right listing price and got me into contract in a week.
