I moved out of our Condo at the end of 2010 as housing prices were too low to ignore. Since selling at this time was not financially sound, I contacted Matt Irvin to act as rental manager. The agent was ideal as a manager for 14 1/2 years. When we finally decided to sell Matt Irvin made it very easy for us even with my wife out of the country during the sale. We had a buyer in less than a week after allowing Matt Irvin to make decisions on upgrades and cosmetic improvements to facilitate the sale. We closed, and deposited the proceeds all while one of us is still out of the country. I don't think it is possible for a realtor to do any better.

Managed a difficult tenant during a one year period including managing attorneys, and controlling legal fees. Took care and spent a lot of time on various issues such as inspections and visits to the property, and also a court appearance without extra charges. Even brought his wife to meetings with tenant to make sure there is a witness. When time came to selling the house, made sure the house is ready for sell. Even, performed a few improvement on his own dime. Put the house on market at the right time and the right listing price and got me into contract in a week.
