We had an outstanding experience working with Margie to sell our property. From start to finish, her professionalism, expertise, and dedication exceeded our expectations. Margie has exceptional communication and problem-solving skills. She kept us informed throughout the entire selling process and was always available to answer questions and address any concerns. During the sale, I was dealing with a serious illness, and Margie made sure we stayed updated every step of the way, which gave us great peace of mind. Her knowledge of the real estate market is impressive. She understands exactly how to prepare a home for listing and what it takes to attract buyers. Margie and her team staged every room in our house, as well as both patios, and the transformation was incredible. They decorated the home so beautifully that it made us want to move back in! Margie's marketing strategy was amazing. She has a strong social media presence and knows how to showcase a property to maximize exposure. Her outgoing personality, energy, and attention to detail helped our home stand out in the market. Margie is knowledgeable, professional, creative, and genuinely cares about her clients. She made what could have been a stressful experience much smoother, and we are extremely grateful for all of her hard work. Thank you so much, Margie!

My time with Katie was wonderful. She listened to me, and understood what I was looking for, and her experience, helped guide me to a lovely home. Whenever I threw her a curve, she handled it well, during negotiations I felt her advice was well informed. Since the purchase of the house, she has helped me with other aspects of homeownership. By way of having made good contacts through the years, I've met and worked with people I can rely on.
