Margie, is awesome! I came into this not knowing much about home ownership. That led to a lot of worry and also some panic... as the things you don't know about come with prices that you just cannot anticipate. It's expensive to buy a home and the thought of the single biggest purchase in my life not being a good choice nearly froze me in place. Margie is good at calming your anxieties about this process because she has a world of knowledge and is good at explaining things from the structural side of a home to the financial side of a home... she also knows how to work with people who worry too much. She's also good at steering you clear of the bad choices. I'm very glad I listened to her because now I wake up each morning in a beautiful older home. And I clearly understand the things I need to do make sure that my 78 year old home one day becomes a 100 year old home. And even with that process, Margie is still helpful. Whatever you need done on your house... well Margie knows someone who can do it for a reasonable price.

Margie was recommended to us by our daughter and son-in-law for her assistance with finding their first home. My daughter shared how organized and supportive she was with the entire process. We reached out in March to get our condo on the market and Margie knew exactly what was needed to ensure a positive experience. She quickly had me researching several questions with our HOA so that we didn't have any negative surprises. Within 2 weeks, Margie had our condo staged, beautifully, and our first open house scheduled. Margie is an excellent communicator as she kept us posted on status with foot traffic, buyer interest and continued open houses. In just over 30 days, we had an offer and accepted. Although, it took some time for the buyer's lender to gain comfort with HOA, we successfully closed with the original offer. Margie's experience, persistence and professionalism made the difference. Margie is not only a master in her craft, but an honest and calming presence. Not only did she tell me what improvements to make in order to sell my home, but she also staged it beautifully. It was a hard home to sell in a less desirable neighborhood. She was honest and forward with me the whole time and Her showings had sweet touches like signage. She helped us through a contigency purchase as well. Not only did she fight for us as clients, but she reassured the sellers at every step of our sell to keep them at ease. She had the confidence of everyone in the room. She knew how to "play the game" and her competence impresses me every time. I have now hired Margie for 2 sales and 3 purchases. All of them were on the lower end of the market. Many realtors of her reputation would turn me away in my area but not Margie, she never made me feel less important, even if she had a 1.5 Mil showing the same weekend. Blessed to get to work with her during every milestone. I would never hire anyone else.
