If you are fortunate enough to choose Audrey Young as your agent, you are in capable, caring hands. We’d give her 10 stars if we could. Audrey helped my husband (and I) following the death of his brother. My husband was the Administrator of his brother’s estate, which included a unique home in Montclair. She recommended workers to finish the daunting task of cleaning out the house, suggested an incredible handyman and other professionals and guided and gently encouraged us to make some repairs, paint, carpet and stage the house. Oh my, what a difference this made!! The house had considerable charm to begin with, but her suggestions without a doubt made for a quick and satisfying sale for both seller and buyer. Audrey’s knowledge of the market was key. Also, her team made the negotiations and lead up to closing reassuring and successful. We’d be remiss to not mention that Audrey has a certain effective and caring way of communicating. She listens well, asks the right questions and truly has your welfare in mind. Did we also say she has a heart of gold?!? Although my husband worked more with Audrey, writing reviews is not his thing, so after discussing all of the above with him and knowing Audrey well enough too, I jumped at the chance to sing her praises. She is truly one of a kind… A simple thank you isn’t enough, Audrey! We will recommend you and Grubb to anyone looking to buy or sell in her area….for sure! -Tom and Loranne

I can’t say enough good things about Audrey. She was extremely helpful even when we thought we were going to rent the house and when we decided to sell you couldn’t tell the difference. She puts the client first and this will lead to much repeat business and many referrals. She is organized and takes on every responsibility to get things done. Every vendor she brought in was terrific. There were weekly “To Do” lists and gentle reminders. And she’s fun and clever. Great experience.

We recently sold our home in Piedmont Pines with Audrey's help, and the experience exceeded every expectation. From day one, she had a clear, organized plan to get us on the market and managed the timeline seamlessly so nothing fell through the cracks. Audrey is very organized, clear in communicating, and has a calm demeanor that lets you know that everything is under control. What really stood out was Audrey's recommendations for the right updates prior to going on the market. She made targeted recommendations for updates and upgrades that would make financial sense without going overboard, and I believe her recommendations were a great return on investment. She works with stagers and tradespeople who were very reliable and all did an amazing job. The house looked incredible by the time it went on the market. Also, the marketing she put together generated serious interest fast — we had 6 offers within 6 days of listing, and sold well above asking price. Audrey brought a calm, steady energy to the whole process that made something stressful feel very manageable. She clearly knows her market, knows how to position a home, and genuinely cares about getting the best outcome for her clients. If you're thinking about selling, don't hesitate — call Audrey.

Her knowledge of market values are spot on. She takes full control and follows through until the sale is complete.

Heidi was the first agent I reached out to sell my family home. She had sold a similar home to ours just one block away. After our initial phone conversation I knew I wanted to work with Heidi. She is extremely professional, personable, knowledgeable and has outstanding communication and follow-up skills. Throughout the process of preparing our home for sale, she was so supportive and offered assistance at every step of the way. She managed our expectations and was always available to provide advice. Without a doubt, Heidi was integral in helping us move out of the house which was a major process. She has outstanding resources to help make an overwhelming process much easier. We simply could not done it without her! We are so incredibly pleased with the new owners of our long-time (almost 70 years) home - a young family who will have the same experience of making Piedmont their home for many decades. My family could not have been more pleased with Heidi and all she did for us.

Recently my husband and I worked with Heidi Marchesotti to help us find a home in the East Bay for our retirement. Our son and his wife had an amazing experience with Heidi when she helped them find their perfect home in the Rockride area so we were excited to work with her ourselves. We found Heidi to be current and highly competent when it comes to the various neighborhoods and nuances of the East Bay, but also incredibly attentive, patient, and genuinely invested in helping us find the right fit. She took the time to understand what we were looking for and guided us through each step with clarity and confidence. Her knowledge, professionalism, and warm personality made the entire process smooth and enjoyable. We would happily recommend Heidi to anyone looking for a trusted real estate partner in the East Bay. We love our new home in Montclair and thank her for her help.

Anian and Adrienne are a terrific team. They know their market inside and out. Adrienne is a super resourceful and capable agent on behalf of her client. Responsive, collaborative, hard working, and smart.....and a really nice person! We gave a premium private sale process a whirl and it worked well for buyer and seller. Congrats and thanks to the Tunney Krumins Team.

Adrienne has deep knowledge of both the market and the buyers who would be interested in our house. She managed the entire sale of our house without us living there or doing any work ourselves. It was picture perfect, and the house sold quickly, way above asking, and the day before it was supposed to go on the market. She has an incredible eye for detail and collaborated with our interior designer to make the house look beautiful. She even timed the wisteria blooms to the market date. We found Adrienne to be exceptionally easy to work with. She is quick, witty, funny, and moves super fast. I never once had to remind her of a detail or make sure she was paying attention to a particular part of the sale. She had it all in hand. When we closed, our family was in Paris. She even told us how to get a notary abroad. I only wish all real estate agents were as smart and as hardworking as she is. Adrienne was always professional, timely, responsive, and had a concrete answer to any questions we ever posed. Our house had a very particular aesthetic, and we put a lot of money into it because we were not anticipating moving. I was concerned that it was a niche property. She reassured me that buyers wanted what we had invested in, and she was absolutely correct. I'm a straightforward person by nature, and Adrienne is equally direct. I wanted her to take the reins, and she did. When it came time to decide when and how to sell, Adrienne gave clear, informed advice on pricing and had buyers lined up around the block. My designer called it a "feeding frenzy," which I attribute to Adrienne's deep network of other realtors, up-to-the-minute knowledge of buyer movement, and great relationships with everybody she works with, including her team of handymen, stagers, and office staff. I've bought and sold homes in many cities over the past ten years. Adrienne is the best agent we have worked with, hands down.

Adrienne is always in control of the process and advises with care and attention. She manages the complex process and will provide input and support for any and all questions throughout. She is committed to this area and will show up for clients as she has for me on both the buy and sell side.

I was dreading making decisions and the whole process of selling a house but Kacey brought great ideas and positive energy that brought my stress level down tremendously. She’s well connected with contractors and made excellent recommendations on how to prepare the house — with clear timelines and budget estimates. Choosing Kacey was our one critical decision and I’d choose her again without any hesitation whatsoever.

We just bought our first home with Kacey and couldn't have asked for a better agent. She was attentive, communicative, and available whenever we needed her — even outside of normal hours. She made what could have been an overwhelming process feel manageable by walking us through every step and always being upfront with us. What really set her apart was how much she cared beyond just closing the deal. She connected us with handymen, contractors, and all the resources we didn't even know we'd need as first-time homeowners. Highly recommend!!
