That’s what makes her one of those rare professionals you meet in your lifetime who are among the very best in their field. My wife and I moved out of the area before putting our home up for sale, and we didn’t have to worry at all from afar, as Cheryl handled everything for us, and got us a quick sale at top dollar. One other thing I should note that helped us tremendously was Cheryl’s connection to an incredible number of different contractors, which saved us on multiple occasions when a quick repair of some sort was needed, as the number of readily available contractors has been diminished considerably during the pandemic.
