Derek helped my gf and I to buy our first home few weeks ago. He was very easy to work with. We had a limited budget, but we were able to find a house that fits our needs with Derek's help. We went in with our best offer, and Derek was able to negotiate a price reduction after we found some issues on the house during the inspection period. Derek did all the background work for us. My wife and I moved out of the area before putting our home up for sale, and we didn’t have to worry at all from afar, as Cheryl handled everything for us, and got us a quick sale at top dollar. One other thing I should note that helped us tremendously was Cheryl’s connection to an incredible number of different contractors, which saved us on multiple occasions when a quick repair of some sort was needed, as the number of readily available contractors has been diminished considerably during the pandemic.
