We recently worked with Erin to purchase a home in Martinez. While the housing market as a buyer was miserable during this time period, our experience working with him was an absolute pleasure. He provided valuable insights at each home and neighborhood we viewed, was incredibly responsive to calls/text/emails, and always looked out for our best interests. Going on tours was a breeze as he mapped things out in a way that would be easiest and most time efficient. He was also flexible and able to book us the earliest appointments each weekend to work around our child's nap schedule. Erin has been such a great resource even beyond the finish line as he is connecting us to people for potential remodeling. We hope you have the pleasure of working with Erin, too

Joseph was instrumental with his assistance of selling the home that he helped us buy 2+ years ago. When we informed him of our intent to sell, he happily aided with the process. Through Zoom, he presented us various homes that sold in our surrounding area, thoroughly explaining why each home sold for their respective prices. We collaboratively listed it and 2 days after it went live, a buyer came and put a bid (3 days later), accepting the counter offer Joseph and I strategically anticipated they would. Thereafter, the process was smooth, with the normal Docusign of necessary forms. Joseph continued to ensure that he was active in dealing with the other party and responded quickly to the questions and concerns we had. In the end, the house closed on the best time for us and we are very happy with the outcome. Certainly, we would not only go to Joseph for our next home but HIGHLY RECOMMEND him to anyone LOOKING to BUY, SELL, OR REFINANCE. Thank you for all you have done for us, Joseph. My family and I are forever grateful for your service as an expert in the field who is understanding, patient, and professional. God bless!
