While my husband and I were looking for kitchen remodel ideas Fareed was looking for items on a home he was flipping. We asked Fareed if he could advise us on what people were looking for in kitchen remodels, as we were thinking about getting our home ready to sell within the next couple years. He not only helped us pick out product, color combos plus set up ideas he got us in contact with a contractor and came to our home giving us suggestions on how to prepare our home for selling. Then Covid happened and things changed. Fareed waited patiently for us to decide on the move (which took 2 years) no pressure from him and continuing to keep us informed on the market. When our decision was finally made and we found our last home Fareed went to work in high gear helping us to sell our home in a short time. Joseph was instrumental with his assistance of selling the home that he helped us buy 2+ years ago. When we informed him of our intent to sell, he happily aided with the process. Through Zoom, he presented us various homes that sold in our surrounding area, thoroughly explaining why each home sold for their respective prices. We collaboratively listed it and 2 days after it went live, a buyer came and put a bid (3 days later), accepting the counter offer Joseph and I strategically anticipated they would. Thereafter, the process was smooth, with the normal Docusign of necessary forms. In the end, the house closed on the best time for us and we are very happy with the outcome.
