We collaboratively listed it and 2 days after it went live, a buyer came and put a bid (3 days later), accepting the counter offer Joseph and I strategically anticipated they would. Thereafter, the process was smooth, with the normal Docusign of necessary forms. Joseph continued to ensure that he was active in dealing with the other party and responded quickly to the questions and concerns we had. In the end, the house closed on the best time for us and we are very happy with the outcome.
