I worked with 3 other realtors before meeting Erin and I can't tell you what a night and day difference it was. The others were fine, but Erin was so proactive, reliable, and communicative. He really listened to what I was looking for. Then, since I was about an hour away, he'd go visit properties without me and then write detailed notes recommending which ones I should see and why. He'd then tour them again with me. He was a great thought partner, didn't put any pressure on me, and kindly walked me through every step of a purchase. I moved in ~5 weeks ago and he's still available to answer any/all questions! I couldn't recommend him more.

Being new to the area, he initially gave us an insightful tour of the different neighborhoods of Lamorinda. He is very knowledgeable about this area. His perspective as a parent and also resident in the nearby neighborhood was also extremely helpful in finding the right neighborhood and home for our family. He also helped refer us to a contractor for renovations and helped schedule and attend all additional inspections. Overall, we highly recommend Erin without any hesitation.
