He knew just where to start and who to call, and pursued the repairs and upgrades with vigor and determination. As a result, all our work was completed per schedule and our 57 year old ranch house looked almost brand new inside and out. I found Tom to be very congenial and easy to work with, as well as entertaining. I very much enjoyed getting a glimpse of his other passion when I was invited to his home for an evening of live music. Even though our business relationship has ended, I consider him a friend.
