She has sold two dwelling for me, and each time, I am amazed at how she adds details and kindness exactly when I need that addition. She helped me sell my mother's home, with no pressure as I wobbled on whether to sell or not. She spoke to me as the friend she has become, never asking me if I was ready to sign a contract. She just helped me deal with all that goes along with selling a home that I grew up in, and had a hard time letting go. She set up contractors, haulers, and inspectors before she even had the contract; she waited for me to ask about the contract. She is simply the best. As my mom would say, "She is a classy person."
