Jane has extensive knowledge of the real estate market in the area. She is very helpful in getting your home ready to show to its best advantage both inside and out. She set up and helped me run a garage sale, found local college students to do yard cleanup as well as an electrician and handymen/painters to update the interior. She has a great eye for color schemes and knows what is appealing to buyers in the area. In addition, she brought in two "stagers" to give advice, listened to my ideas, and worked with me on my scheduling so that everything came together smoothly. I had already left the area when my house went on the market and she kept me well-informed and executed the sale efficiently and in a timely manner. Jane is not only a dedicated, efficient and knowledgeable real estate agent, she is also a kind person and I am lucky to be able to count her as a friend.

Jane is honest and reliable. She is a very hard worker and isn't afraid to jump in and help you with everything that you need to do. I have used Jane for the sale of my house and then for the purchase of my condo. I would definitely use her again, and have referred her to others as well. She is wonderful! !
