Meredith walked us through the whole process, demonstrating lots of knowledge of the market we were shopping in. Very patient with us as the process took a lot longer to find the right home, but when we did she helped us close the deal !!

Meredith kept us informed on any new properties that were coming on the market, answered all our questions about location. knew what we were looking for in a house and above all patient as it took us over a year to find our right home which she negotiated for us. Meredith helped demystify what initially seemed an insurmountable amount of information and documents as we navigated buying our first home. She was extremely responsive to questions and was willing to work around our unconventional work schedules for showings and phone meetings. She went out of her way to clarify every step and was a fountain of knowledge and connections, which helped us make informed decisions along the way. Her kindness and humor even when there were setbacks or challenges made her a true joy to work with!

Meredith is absolutely great! Meredith helped us buy our fist home, and 8 years later she helped us sell. If we hadn't moved out of state, she would have helped us buy our current home. I can't say enough good things about Meredith Kummell. I would (and have) recommend her to family and friends.
