Settling in Rossmoor and moving from Bainbridge Island in Washington State seemed like an impossible logistical endeavor but with Tom Donovan as our buyer’s agent everything has been overwhelmingly smooth and stress free! Tom is a “concierge” realtor! He provided service beyond and above what I expected. From his thorough tour of Rossmoor, I was sold on Rossmoor before I viewed the properties! Tom was a walking encyclopedia on homeowner policies and requirements from moving in to establishing services as well providing thorough explanations and information for the myriad of questions I had . I initially arrived 2 days after closing—he had confirmed my car entry sticker and ID card were ready, advised me the paperwork I needed to have, as well as physically showing me where to go to get them. Over and above that, he coordinated my desired changes in the unit immediately after closing and they were in progress and would be completed within a couple of days! As someone who prefers verbal information over written, he was a godsend! He knew everything I wanted to know, plus provided infornation before I asked! What more can I say? Tom Donovan is the best! I highly recommend him for his knowledge, professionalism, and his customer support which goes above and beyond and was truly a “white glove” experience! He smoothed the way for a successful and stress-free buying and moving transition experience to Rossmoor!
