Over and above that, he coordinated my desired changes in the unit immediately after closing and they were in progress and would be completed within a couple of days! As someone who prefers verbal information over written, he was a godsend! He knew everything I wanted to know, plus provided infornation before I asked! What more can I say? Tom Donovan is the best!
